Studio Rules

Photographer is solely responsible for informing their rental party and guests of the studio rules. A copy of the current rules will be displayed on the door for reference.

No SMOKING or VAPING in studio or building.
No photography can be done around the building and campus.
No alcohol or illegal substances.
No candles, incense, or open flames that pose a risk of fire.
All models MUST be fully clothed when leaving the studio at any point.
All members of your rental party MUST be 18 years or older at the time of the rental and have proof of ID on them. (IDs can be checked at any time to confirm age. If no ID is present, entrance to the studio will NOT be allowed!)
Any member under age 18 MUST have their legal guardian with them the entire time they are in the studio.
Please keep the door closed to the studio while using the studio.
When moving furniture, please lift to move that furniture as long as you are comfortable doing so and not just slide it across the floor.
Please keep music at a respectful and reasonable volume, the space is not soundproof.
Please make sure to look over the studio before leaving and put all equipment and furniture back where you found it.
Please contact us when you leave the studio.

When reserving a block of time please remember that the time includes set up/break down/cleanup time; so plan accordingly.
